Saint James Preschool Registration Information

The school requires two applications and a registration form for your child to be considered for admittance. Applicants should complete the following

Before you submit your child’s application, please note the following:

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year can currently be submitted.
“Priority Consideration” is given to our returning families, parishioners of Saint James Catholic Church, and all other applicants; in that order.
The deadline for “Priority Consideration” is January 26, 2024.
Remaining spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for all applications received after January 26, 2024.
After filling out the Diocese of Arlington Application for Enrollment and the Saint James Preschool Application, please submit the Registration Form and the $200 application fee per student along with the Preschool Application.
Acceptance letters will be sent electronically beginning March of 2024.
Once accepted, a one-month tuition deposit, paid by check, will be required to guarantee your spot. It will be non-refundable and will cover your last month of preschool tuition.
You must provide a recent (last 12 months) Virginia School Health form and allow us to see an original (raised seal) Birth Certificate to complete your registration.
Once accepted, the deadline to submit a month’s tuition deposit, Virginia School Health form, and Birth Certificate is April 8, 2024. Please retain your own copy of all documents submitted.
Families making monthly tuition, Breakfast and Lunch Bunch payments will need to create an online account with FACTS Tuition Management by May 1, 2024.
