Why Saint James Preschool
Thank you for your interest in Saint James Preschool. We believe it is important for teachers to partner with parents to help their children grow in faith and knowledge. We are committed to providing a warm, safe environment for your children to learn each day they are with us.
Our program offers children a unique experience that incorporates art, music, religion, Spanish and outdoor play. Our teachers are firmly committed to providing a personalized approach to education and are able to adjust activities to meet the children’s interests and needs. Our environment is joyful, respectful and play-based. It is infused throughout with the charism of our IHM Sisters, where Jesus is the center and Mary is the model.
Saint James Catholic Preschool is a vibrant pathway to our historic elementary school, grades K-8, that has been educating students since 1923, and where the faculty strives to inspire, lead, and challenge our students to fully develop their God-given abilities.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM INFORMATION
Saint James Preschool offers children a unique program that incorporates art, religion, music, Spanish, and outdoor play. Our teachers believe in a personalized approach to education and may adjust activities to meet the children’s interests and needs.
* Class time is 9:15 am – 12:15 pm
* All classes have a Lead Teacher and Full-Time Aide.
* Snack and drink are provided for all classes.
* All children should be ‘potty-trained’.
BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUNCH OPTIONS
Breakfast Bunch 7:35 – 9:15 am
This flexible program allows children to pack a breakfast and come to school early for breakfast and extra play time. Breakfast Bunch is as needed for an additional $17 charge per day. Parents can sign up day of or in advance once school starts.
Lunch Bunch 12:15—2:45 pm
This flexible program allows children to pack a lunch and stay for lunch and extra play time. Lunch Bunch is as needed for an additional $34 charge per day. Parents can sign up day of or in advance once school starts.
