The Saint James Bazaar is an annual tradition that brings together our church, school, and wider community. From our famous White Elephant Sale and delicious Italian Night to our legendary Bazaar games and Spooky Dance Tent, there is something for everyone! SAINT JAMES BAZAAR
Where can you go for incredible finds, delectable food, thrilling games, an outdoor movie, and more? The Saint James Bazaar! Click here to learn more about this beloved event, which takes place Wednesday, Oct. 16, through Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Saint James Catholic School campus.
WHITE ELEPHANT SALE
Calling all bargain hunters! The White Elephant Sale is your chance to find that special treasure you never knew you needed. Even better, all proceeds benefit Saint James Catholic School and the Saint James parish. Win-win!

BAKE SHOP AND CAKE WALK
Cookies and cakes and brownies, oh my! If you’ve got baked goods, we have a Bake Shop and Cake Walk that could use your culinary talents!

VOLUNTEERS
We cannot pull off this week of events without the help of our amazing volunteers. Please be generous with your time so we can offer the same great experience we always have. A few reminders:
- Every Saint James School family should volunteer for at least one shift during the Bazaar.
- Pre-K and Kindergarten parents MUST SIGN UP for a sorting shift in support of the White Elephant Sale. This has been a tradition for years and is a great way to get involved and meet other parents!
- Each completed shift (up to one per child) will earn a dress down pass for your child(ren). You must check in and work your entire shift to earn the pass.
- Service Hours will be given to students in grades 6-12 who complete their full shifts.

DINING
Worked up an appetite shopping at the White Elephant Sale or playing games? Be sure to visit the Bazaar Snack Bar, which will sell kid favorites including pizza, hot dogs, chili, Frito pies, chips, bottled water, and soda.
Snack Bar Hours:
Thurs, Oct. 17, 5 to 8 p.m.
Fri, Oct. 18, 3 to 7 p.m.
Sat, Oct. 19, 3 to 7 p.m.
